IPS Fan Coil

ABS ESCO Inc., is the distributor of Williams IPS™ System and IPS-Fan coil product line.

IPS™ Fan Coil is UL & CSA Approved Product.

With IPS from Williams, your building’s domestic water service is also used to supply heating and cooling water to IPS-fan coil units located in each room, suite or office. Each IPS fan coil unit contains essential features specifically designed to work with IPS and is equipped with EC motor fan, circulators and/or TRAC valve or Solenoid Valve, shut-off valves filter, balancing valves, heating & cooling coils and an individual thermostat allowing each occupant to have complete control of his/her environment. Also IPS™ fan coil unit is equipped with a circuit board with purge timer per ANSI standard that opens the heating and cooling valve every 24 hours to eliminate stagnation.

Riser Configuration

In general IPS fan coils can be shipped with or without copper risers. Factory Mounted Hydronic Piping Package shall be factory brazed and tested ASTM B 88, Type L copper tube with wrought-copper fittings and 15% silver Sil-Fos™ or equivalent brazing material; no-lead.

Type K, L & M Risers are available in following sizes: ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, 3” & 4”.

Heating and Cooling risers can be shipped with or without insulation in Three (3) configurations:

4 Pipe, 3 Pipe & 2 Pipe.

Condensate drain riser is extra.

Williams IPS & IPSgeo systems

From a building energy perspective — Dockside Green will be the first greenhouse neutral development. Dockside Green will utilize an on-site centralized heat plant that would use waste wood fuel to produce a clean gas that converts to heat for on-site heating and domestic hot water needs. In the event the primary plant experienced a problem, a complete backup for the entire system would be provided by the onsite central boilers.
