Our Recommendations are to replace the existing units with high efficient units as result of age and condition of the existing equipment.

Based on our findings only replacement of two of the older exhaust fan, gymnasium heating ventilation fan and kindergarten classroom rooftop air-conditioning is recommended due to the age of equipment and signs of rust showing up on the housing of some of the equipment.
